I thought this whole thing was a scam. You know, the kind where they take your money and you never hear from them again. I was just waiting for them to ask for my cheque book. To my complete amazement, they never did. I was able to buy a home with a tenant in the basement that almost pays my monthly mortgage. As a single Mom my budget is tight. I hope my tenant never finds out about the no money down team!
